Landscapes of Your Heart

Join Bonita-- Herbalist & Energy worker-- for a 3 part class that will help you tune in with your heart's needs, and learn to support it with herbal allies and energetic awareness.

Here's the course overview:

• Week 1: Energetics of heart space - Feb. 15th

Learn the foundations of how the heart space interacts with your body’s energy centers, overview of balanced and imbalanced state patterns, tune into your own heart space/explore the sensations.)

• Week 2: Herbs and practices - Feb 22nd

deeper dive into herbs for the heart, learn how to incorporate heart-ally plants into your life, gain tools for feeling into the heart-space and learning to shift the energy.

• Week 3: Intention setting & community connection -Feb 29th

guided reflection to begin mapping your heart-space, set heart-centered intentions for the year ahead, connect with community in break-out groups and work through guided reflections together

Here's what you'll get:

• Access to live recordings after each class has taken place
• 1 bottle rose flower essence
• 1 oz of each focus herb
• a digital workbook covering course materials--i.e. herbal monographs, key points, energetic exercises, and herbal recipes

This course will be held virtually, and recordings can be accessed if you're unable to make it live.

Why should I care about this class? We are living in a time of mass heart-ache, and also mass disconnect. I believe that what we are collectively experiencing is the result of MANY INDIVIDUALS lacking awareness of their energetic and emotional hearts. For those of us who are tuned in.....it hurts. A LOT.  This course is for sensitve souls who want to bolster their heart strength. It's also for avoidant, yet curious folks who want to learn to soften and open themselves up.

This class WILL NOT cover pathologies of the heart, NOR does it claim to heal any physiological pathologies. This class will merely empower you information  and embodiment tools to apply to your own unique situation. It is meant to help you feel more heart-centered, soft, open, and strong in this new year.
