Service Description

Bonita is trained in level three Reiki......also know as Reiki "Master". Although she holds this title, she understands healing work as an ever-evolving learning process. A session with Bonita will ground your energy, tune you into your body, and connect you to your spirit. You will leave the table feeling more balance and ease, along with a stronger connection to self. This 60 minute session involves a brief check-in, along with 50-55 minutes of energy work, and a quiet conclusion/departure. If you are interested in plant magic, Bonita may also call in plant-spirit medicine to align your healing journey. This service also comes with an email check-in. If you have any questions that pop up after your session, or are curious about anything that Bonita picked up--you may email her within a week of your appointment. This service is a good option if you want time to sit with your experience, and process it in a more embodied way. If you would prefer to debrief your session right away, you should book a 90 minute Energy Work + Conversation Container session. SERVICE PRICING Prices are offered in three categories based off of sliding scale principles. Bonita believes that healing should be accessible to the most vulnerable members of our community, and hopes to offer pricing that reflects this value. A gentle reminder to take time to evaluate your privilege before choosing a price. CBB trusts you to be honest, and to keep in mind that paying with integrity helps your community members access healing, and also helps keep your provider supported.
