Bonita is trained in level three Reiki......also know as Reiki "Master". Although she holds this title, she understands healing work as an ever-evolving learning process. A session with Bonita will ground your energy, tune you into your body, and connect you to your spirit. You will leave the table feeling more balance and ease, along with a stronger connection to self.
This 90 minute session involves 60 minutes of mindful touch, using intuitive hand positioning which tailored to your personal needs. If you are interested in plant magic, Bonita may also call in plant-spirit medicine to align your healing journey. There will be a brief check-in before your session, along with time after your session to talk about anything that came up, or ask questions.
